Regional PMO and WG Lead for IT Project in the Energy Industry
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (remote work with occasional travel within Nordic countries and EU)

Role Overview
TTMS Nordic is looking for a structured and proactive consultant on behalf of our client to join the LTCC Project as PMO and Work Group Lead. You will support the regional project manager and manage work groups in this complex, high-impact energy project. The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with experience in large-scale energy market projects, offering a collaborative environment across the Nordic region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO Support & Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day coordination lead between the regional project manager (PM), project stakeholders, and work groups.
- Track and follow up on project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment between TSOs, local projects, regional initiatives, and relevant European working groups.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and decision records.
2. Work Group Leadership & Coordination
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of LTCC project Work Groups.
- Ensure smooth preparation, coordination, and follow-up for WG meetings.
- Support WG leads in structuring discussions, capturing key decisions, and tracking action items.
- Act as the liaison between WGs and the regional project management team, ensuring clear communication and progress.
3. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Develop and maintain structured reporting templates for project tracking and transparency.
- Ensure consistent communication across project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and summaries to the regional PM and governance bodies.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare for regional steering group meetings, create presentations, and follow up on actions.
- Proven ability to manage project plans, scope, resources, and risks, ensuring alignment with the wider portfolio of projects.
- Expertise in monitoring progress, assessing performance, and reporting on project status.
Sector Experience:
- Experience working with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in multi-party programs is a must.
- Experience with capacity calculation, market coupling, and energy-related projects is preferred.
- Experience working on cross-European energy projects is highly desirable.
Proven Experience:
- Experience in a PMO role within complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Proven track record in organizing, documenting, and coordinating multiparty programs, particularly in the energy sector.
- Ability to monitor and adjust project plans, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- A structured and independent working style with the ability to collaborate successfully within a team.
