Technical Project Manager – SAP ERP Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead a SAP ERP transformation for a global company. The project focuses on data migration (master data) and the implementation of S/4HANA.

As a TPM, you will:
🔹 Drive PI planning, retrospectives, and sprint-based work in an agile environment.
🔹 Ensure an effective data migration process, including master data validation.
🔹 Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants.
🔹 Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring continuous project progress.
🔹 Play a key role in ensuring a successful transition to S/4HANA.

Who You Are

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented TPM with experience in large-scale IT and ERP transformations. You excel at leading projects in agile setups and can navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager on large IT projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4HANA
• Experience with data migration and master data management
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, PI planning, and retrospectives
• Ability to work in sprint teams and facilitate agile processes
• Structured, self-driven, and skilled in stakeholder management
