Senior Project Manager/Project Director
TTMS Nordic is recruiting on behalf of a client in the renewable energy sector.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Director to take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of green power plant projects, including integrated Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Construction and Infrastructure Oversight: Manage site preparation, structural work, building construction, and the installation of advanced technical systems.
• High-Voltage Systems and Grid Connection: Supervise transformer station installations, high-voltage cabling, and grid integration.
• Preliminary Studies and Approvals: Ensure all environmental, technical, and legal approvals are completed efficiently.
• Contract Management: Review and interpret complex contracts, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities among subcontractors.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Act as the key liaison among specialists, suppliers, and authorities, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Project Optimization: Leverage project management methodologies such as SAFe, PRINCE2, or hybrid approaches to enhance project delivery.

Your Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Extensive expertise in managing large-scale construction and technical projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of construction techniques, high-voltage systems, and renewable energy technologies.
• Leadership and Decision-Making: Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and ensure clear, effective decisions.
• Contract Management: Analytical expertise in interpreting and managing complex contracts.
• Flexibility and Problem-Solving: A versatile problem-solver with a multidisciplinary approach.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive collaboration.

Your Background

• A relevant degree in engineering, construction, energy technology, or a similar field.
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or SAFe) are a plus.
