Our client is looking for an experienced UX designer to serve as the supporting link between designers and stakeholders within our biggest Solution Train. Join us in this role as a parental leave cover where you’ll work in one of our Solution Trains to support digital innovation. As the cover for the Lead UX designer, you will be focusing on supporting the design team that consist of seven skillful people while exploring product development opportunities with the Product Line managers and Product owners. Team You will be part of a team of 7 designers and all of you will be working on different parts of the Solution train. The design team has weekly team meetings to share and demo ongoing work to each other. You will probably work for a variety of teams, depending on the needs across the Solution train. Location Zealand, Denmark - Consultant is required to attend the office at least 2 days a week. Responsibilities • Support and lead the design team members in their daily work. • Plan, conduct, and lead sessions, workshops and/or design sprints to support decisions and solutions. • Support product teams where UX is a new or immature practice covering all parts of the design process. • Find opportunities and advocate for product design capabilities. • Plan and coordinate of UX work across the Solution Train in collaboration with key stakeholders. • Develop low-and high-fidelity prototypes, incl. wireframes and UI designs when required using Figma. • Requirements: o Preferably have a degree within UX Design, Design Thinking, IT, or Innovation and Design o Experience in supporting and leading UX-designers. o Excel at stakeholder management. o Proficiency in developing low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. o Experience working in large enterprises is beneficial, as it allows you to contribute ideas for scaling current work practices. o Work well in cross-functional settings where you advocate for user experience. o Have solid experience in working in agile teams and settings - dual track or SAFe knowledge is a plus.
