Do you want the opportunity to work on one of the country's most important projects, and are you an experienced OT Platform system architect? On behalf of our trusted client, we are looking for an experienced system architect, for a permanent position, who is able to coordinate and lead the technical aspects of the development of a new platform for critical supply applications used by the company's control center. Responsibilities: • Define and communicate a common technical and architectural vision for the new OT platform. • Facilitate architectural collaboration among solution architects in different DevOps teams and ensure a unified direction. • Take leadership and ownership in delivering architecture and solutions that meet technical, procedural, and regulatory requirements. • Establish, apply, and maintain technical documentation in collaboration with solution architects. • Ensure the architecture meets requirements for robustness, availability, and security, following the DevOps operational model. • Coordinate roadmaps for application teams and information management teams within the company. • Foster collaboration within and outside OT Platform ART, communicate technical roadmaps, and ensure understanding and acceptance by stakeholders. Program Overview: • The program, named Hamlet, aims to develop a new platform for critical supply applications used by the company's control center. • The focus is on Operational Technology (OT), used for monitoring and controlling the physical infrastructure for power and gas supplies in Denmark. • The OT platform is developed with DevOps principles, Kubernetes technologies, and is an on-premises cloud solution. • OT Platform ART consists of multiple teams based on SAFe principles. Team OT ART Lead Responsibilities: • Coordinate deliveries, time schedules, and activities across ART teams. • Determine overall ART prioritization and clarify scope within and outside the ART. • Solve issues in the ART that teams cannot resolve independently. • Establish a Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure participants use tools and processes effectively. • Initiate and drive organizational change processes in cooperation with relevant IT and business units. Other Requirements: • Onsite presence in Fredericia at least 3 days per week. • Ability to participate in 2nd/3rd line 24/7 on-call duty in a rotating schedule. • Reports to a center lead for architecture and Agile People Leader. • Security clearance at NATO Secret level (or national equivalent) is required.
