Project Description:
The team works on IT level, business unit level and corporate level applying design thinking to projects, workshops and in culture building change programs.
Activities
Drive design thinking for digital conceptualisation
Epic maturation. Top priorities: customer centricity and simplification of application portfolio
Custom Applications incl. Web & Mobile Solutions
Research and analysis of user needs and expectations across multiple stakeholder groups
Facilitate co-creation workshops with broad sets of domain experts, stakeholders and SW developers
Qualify and filter concept proposals into portfolio planning
Work location: Onsite Copenhagen, DK, when possible due to Covid-19 restrictions (until then remote)
Requirements:
At least 5 years of product development experience
Design, Engineering or Business degree at least bachelor level or equivalent
Understand business processes
Understand broad portfolio level product experience architecture
MS Teams and MS office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro OR Final Cut)
Miro online whiteboard tool or equivalent
Experience in Practitioning Design Sprints (7 tools: Empathy, Problem definition, systematic ideation, filtering, rapid prototyping, concept testing, storytelling)
Presentation skills - ability to present complex results in coherent ways, live and virtual for large audiences
Fluency in written and spoken English
