Description:
The consultant will represent SCADA system control system in a cross functional tender team aiming for an EPC solution covering substation, HV components, Protection and SCADA. The consultant will be involved all the way from pre-qualification towards contract signing. The consultant will be responsible for:
- Providing SCADA requirements into the overall tender material
- Evaluation of possible bidders and evaluating of technical offers
- Participating in negotiation meetings with suppliers
- etc.
Requirements:
The consultant shall have experience with design and specification of general SCADA and substation control systems from a similar industry, preferably within the energy sector.
The consultant shall have extensive experience in writing technical requirements as the consultant will be be a part of a cross functional tender team, covering all SCADA SCS technical aspects from pre-qualification through to signing of contract.
Local residency is preferred
