Project Description: Description: Sourcing manager for ongoing tender. Tasks: - Drive sourcing process together with technical counterpart - Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders - Responsible for supplier communication/clarifications - Review and evaluate proposals - Update and reissue tender material (as/if required) - Recommendation for contract award to stakeholders - Negotiation of final contract - Preparing for contract signing Requirements: Profile: - Past experience with Yellow FIDIC and experience from (offshore wind) construction projects - An experienced and solution-oriented negotiator - Excellent stakeholder management skills and communicate freely at all organisational levels and can cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions as well with the external supply chain - A positive and proactive approach to your tasks and a structured and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to manoeuvre and deliver business-critical projects successfully
