Project Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support campaign execution in Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). The focus is on hands-on execution rather than strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating Pardot forms or form handlers for Drupal campaign pages

  • Building and scheduling newsletters in existing templates

  • Setting up automated nurture/engagement flows

  • Creating tailored and segmented lists (e.g. regional, event-specific)

  • Reviewing campaign performance and preparing reports for optimization insights

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

  • Hands-on marketing automation execution (email campaigns, forms, segmentation, reporting)

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing campaign needs

  • Flexibility to scale workload up or down depending on demand

Location/Timezone:

  • Fully remote – candidates can be based anywhere in the world

  • Must be able to work in EU timezone
