Senior Project Manager – NIS2 Compliance

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic NIS2 compliance program within a global manufacturing environment.

The role covers the full program lifecycle, including governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. It is structured as an individual contributor position, requiring strong coordination and influence across the organization rather than direct line management. Stakeholder engagement will range from factory specialists to C-suite executives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the NIS2 compliance program with clear governance and reporting structures

• Ensure strong alignment across organizational units and business functions

• Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

• Oversee compliance efforts in line with standards such as ISO, CIS18, and NIST2

Profile

• Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex, cross-functional programs

• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including executive leadership

• Industry background in manufacturing or similar is an advantage

• Familiarity with NIS2 and cybersecurity frameworks is highly desirable
