IT Project Manager with Strong Toolbox – CRM, BI, Data & Strategy

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven IT Project Manager to lead business-critical projects with a focus on data, CRM, business intelligence, and IT strategy.

About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of several ongoing and upcoming projects. You will be responsible for creating structure and maintaining momentum, engaging stakeholders across the organization, and contributing actively to the development of a professional project culture and governance framework.

You will be expected to translate strategic goals into concrete deliverables and ensure successful project completion—both technically and from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT and data projects at both operational and strategic levels

  • Establish project management frameworks and governance for future initiatives

  • Ensure progress in complex projects and provide clarity in a fast-paced environment

  • Manage data migration across systems

  • Drive CRM and BI projects (experience with Azure BI or similar tools is a plus)

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategy

  • Engage and coordinate stakeholders across departments

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a similar role

  • Strong background in CRM systems, data migration, and business intelligence

  • Solid understanding of IT architecture and system landscapes

  • Comfortable working across both business and IT functions

  • A structured and collaborative approach

  • Ability to set direction and foster engagement around projects
