About the Role:
We are seeking a Scrum Master with PMO expertise to facilitate agile processes while supporting project management tasks such as status reporting, cost management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master with a strong personality who can create structure and drive progress in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in maturing their agile practices and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Prepare status reports and assist with PMO tasks such as cost management and platform chargeback.
• Contribute to process optimization and help teams maximize the use of available platforms.
• Provide structure and clarity in complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support the integration and development of the Kafka and Mulesoft teams.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience with PMO tasks such as reporting and cost management.
• Proven experience in agile environments and team facilitation.
• Understanding of IT platforms and integration is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
