Freelance Process Analyst with Stakeholder Management Expertise

Engagement: Freelance (Onsite: 2-3 days per week) 40 hours.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Process Analyst to join our client’s dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation. Your ability to bridge business needs with operational workflows will be crucial in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across various platforms, including Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure process compliance while driving optimization initiatives.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, develop solutions, and facilitate smooth collaboration.

• Support data analysis and reporting efforts to enhance decision-making processes.

• Apply agile methodologies to maintain a cycle of continuous process improvement.

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing agreements and processes related to Salesforce and other key business platforms.

• Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational processes.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and their application in process improvement.

• Analytical and structured mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams.

• Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
