Product Manager – Drive Innovation in Digital Identity Solutions

Location: South Jutland

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of digital identity management.

About the Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of an exciting digital transformation, working within Identity Initiative. This initiative powers essential services across the organization, ensuring seamless support for hundreds of teams globally. By delivering cutting-edge identity capabilities, including Identity Governance and Access (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), you will help the teams create secure, efficient, and compliant solutions that meet both regulatory standards and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the chief advocate for internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Define, develop, and deliver innovative identity management solutions, with a strong focus on usability, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prototype, test, and refine new features.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to align priorities and drive value realization.
  • Build awareness and excitement around product value through effective internal marketing and communication.
  • Conduct risk assessments across usability, viability, feasibility, and value dimensions to ensure robust product development.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of your products, using data-driven insights to demonstrate value and inform improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc research and business analysis to assess opportunities and address potential risks.

About you:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in product management, preferably within the identity and access management domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Hands-on expertise in IGA, RBAC, and PBAC frameworks, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, NIS2, and Competition Law.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels, aligning diverse needs into coherent priorities.
  • Communication: Exceptional skills in articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about developing solutions that address real stakeholder challenges while championing their needs across engagements.
  • Leadership: Experience in driving initiatives, managing priorities, and navigating complex organizational landscapes.
