Project Description:
Your key tasks will be:
- To develop facilities scenarios, accompanied with business cases, as input for management decisions.
- Harbor screening
- Identify and explorer opportunities and mature products towards implementation
- Prepare DEVEX, OPEX and CAPEX estimates
- Develop and improve costing forms
- Prepare facilities requirements for different project phases.
- Stakeholder management
Requirements:
Profile Requirements:
- Background within harbor and/or onshore facilities, such as offices and warehouses
- Be familiar with terms like; CAPEX/OPEX, Costing forms etc.
- Have corporate and wind industry experience
- Have experience with large-scale multi-disciplinary projects and offshore wind operations
- Have stakeholder management skills, as you’ll cooperate with stakeholders at many different levels of the organization
- Speak and write English fluently
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time and deliver input to these projects on an ongoing basis
- Have excellent communication skills and you are comfortable working with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
