Description: Design Thinking Strategist
Context
The client is expanding it's team of strategic design thinkers. The team works on IT level, business unit level and corporate level applying design thinking to projects, workshops and in culture building change programs. They also host company wide courses for advancing the knowledge and use of design thinking across the company.
Activities
Planning and facilitating design thinking workshops
Planning and implementing user research, including research guides, people screener, interviews, downloads
Implementing design thinking courses
Coaching of design thinking culture to leaders across Ørsted
Documentation of results and concepts
Visual documentation of concepts and stories (hand sketching and video editing)
Stakeholder management in the project kick off and implementation phase - resource estimation, project objectives definition, etc.
Requirements:
MS Teams
Adobe Creatice suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro OR Final Cut)
Final Cut (Apple) - OR Premiere Pro
Miro online whiteboard tool
Practitioning Design Sprints (7 tools: Empathy, Problem definition, systematic ideation, filtering, rapid prototyping, concept testing, storytelling)
Presentation skills - ability to present complex results in coherent ways, live and virtual for large audiences
Sketching - hand and digital
Teaching - design thinking courses - Design Thinking crash course - 3 hour course, Design Thinking 101 - 2 day course
