Project Description:
Description: Our Team Lead of 14 people in the UX and design team is going on maternity leave. Therefore, we need a stand-in to take over our people management, administrative tasks as well as resource and allocation planning.
Activities:
People management
1-1 with both senior and junior designers
Coaching
Support in career development of designers
Leading the HR related processes
Resource, allocation and stakeholder management
Agreements with projects and ARTs on ressources and allocations
Act on future demands for e.g. hires
Stakeholder management – making sure each PI is aligned
KL counterpart of UX alignment
Admin tasks
Support Manager in admin stuff
Budget follow ups
Training follow ups
Service Hours follow ups
Hiring process (if any) in cooperation with Design Manager
