Project Description: - Possible knowledge of areas within the IT organization which requires additional information, support and special focused meeting to make the onboarding of a new system like PAM a success. - Knowledge of documentation templates, access, and how-to publishing onboarding material. Here also review of communication material towards different users and stakeholders • Requirements: * An experienced and hands-on OCM consultant who is ready to develop a detailed organizational change management plan and executing activities starting now * The consultant is part of the team, shared between the two projects, as there are overlapping audiences and shared goals between the projects.
